1. Service Description

BldBot provides a browser-based workspace for configuring and operating AI agents across connected channels, with role-based access, operator handoff, knowledge retrieval, external requests, analytics, and billing.

2. Accounts and Access

Access to the workspace is provided through supported OAuth providers such as Google and Yandex.

Users are responsible for maintaining control over their sign-in method and any connected channel credentials.

• Main workspace is used for ownership, editing, and account-level management.
• Operator workspace is a separate role-scoped environment for queue handling and operator actions.
• Owners, editors, operators, and superoperators are granted only the permissions assigned to them.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, credential abuse, spam, harassment, malware delivery, deceptive impersonation, or any other harmful conduct.

You remain responsible for the content, integrations, and workflows configured in your agents.

4. AI Output and External Actions

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use case. You are responsible for reviewing and governing how your agents are deployed.

External requests, channel actions, and operator replies are executed based on your configuration and connected systems.

5. Billing and Tokens

Workspace access is browser-based. Telegram is linked only when you choose to use Telegram Stars billing.

Token balances are consumed by model usage, knowledge retrieval, external request execution, and configured operator workflows as defined by the product at runtime.

6. Availability and Changes

The service may change over time. Features, limits, channel support, pricing, and workflow behavior may be updated, improved, restricted, or removed.

Maintenance, outages, third-party platform issues, and upstream provider failures may affect availability.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, security risk, legal necessity, or material breach of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to retention, accounting, and compliance obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BldBot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or business fitness.

You are responsible for validating AI behavior, moderation settings, operator governance, and external integrations before production use.
